PROP. B VOTE FROM ST. LOUIS COUNTY

Prop. B was overwelmingly defeated in St. Louis County, losing there by 39 points, over 113,000 votes.  If it had only lost there by 22 points, still a huge margain, Prop. B would have passed statewide. In fact, if one removes St. Louis county from the vote, Prop. B passes statewide by nearly 7 percentage points.
