PROP. B WON IN 104 COUNTIES!

Missouri has 114 counties, plus the city of St. Louis.  Prop. B lost in only 10 counties and the City of St. Louis, losing by 3.3 percentage points.

The list is sorted by the percentage of yes votes, in descending order.  Even though Kansas City is within Jackson County, for informational purposes the Jackson County totals are shown at the end of the list with the KC numbers removed, and the KC numbers are shown separately as well.

As you can see, St. Louis county is where Prop. B was beaten.  Prop B. lost there by 39 points, over 113,000 votes.  If we had only lost there by 22 points, still a huge margin, Prop. B would have passed statewide. If one removes St. Louis county altogether, Prop. B would have passed statewide by almost 7 percentage points!
